If you submitted your FAFSA using the Web and have a confirmation number, you may re-enter your identifiers and try again. If the identifiers you re-entered do not match a FAFSA record, you can call the Federal Student Aid Information Center for assistance. Refer to the Help page for contact information.
If you do not have a confirmation number, you will need to start a new FAFSA.
If you submitted a paper FAFSA, it may not have arrived at Federal Student Aid for processing yet. Paper FAFSAs are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days of being mailed. We recommend you check your application status again in a few days.
