What is your (the student's) FSA ID Password?

Enter your FSA ID password to sign your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form electronically.

The application process is faster if you use your FSA ID to sign your application electronically. Both you and your parent (if you are a dependent student) can apply for and use your individual FSA IDs as electronic signatures.

If you do not already have an FSA ID, select Create an FSA ID.

If you have an FSA ID but do not remember your password, select Forgot Password.

Your password  must be between 8 and 30 characters in length, and it must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. Special characters are not required, but the following characters may be included as part of your password:
! # $ % & ( ) * + - . : ; < = > ? @ [ ] ^ _ { } ~

Remember, your password is case-sensitive.
